  • 03 Sales

    Field-based sales

As a tool manufacturer, we help make  steady efforts to improve our customers’ productivity  on a daily basis. In the field, we not only constantly  propose new products but also conduct daily improvement activities and offer various educational programs, such as technical workshops.

Solutions for Creating Core Technologies

  • Development of Customized Tools
We develop custom-made tools to greatly improve your productivity. In recent years, the market environment has changed, such as the difficulty of cutting workpiece materials and the miniaturization of machines. We incorporate our machining know-how to solve problems through the design of custom-made tools. Designing and developing products based on cutting theory and performance increase the added value of the process and bring core technology to customers.
  • Development of Machining  Methods for Productivity Improvement
We support our customers all the way from the development of machining methods. We devised the development of machining methods for low-rigidity facilities, the development of machining technologies for quality improvement, and machining methods from dedicated machines to standard machines. Together with our customers, we create a competitive advantage.
  • Offline verification/simulation
Making full use of thermal analysis measurement, cutting resistance value measurement, and various simulation technologies, we make machining visible. Preliminary problem prediction using simulations and machining demonstrations that actually generate chips can be verified offline, improving the accuracy of tooling proposals and problem solving.
  • Support From Tool Selection to Machining Methods
We support our customers from tool selection to machining methods. We propose appropriate tooling that matches the equipment and workpiece material. It also supports trial calculation of tool cost and cycle time. In addition, custom-made tools and tooling that introduces new machining methods significantly improve productivity in bottleneck processes.
