■Development background

Cutting processes involve a complex intertwining of various factors, including the performance of cutting tool and Machine Tool, the characteristics of Workpiece Material, machining conditions, and tool paths. For this reason, it is not easy to quantitatively digitize the machining state and digitally determine the optimal machining process. Furthermore, because coolant is often being discharged while machining, it is not possible to visually check the state of the machining process, and the situation must be inferred from the cutting sound and Edge condition after machining. However, these methods rely heavily on experience and intuition, and have the problem of being easily affected by the skill of the person in charge.

Overview of VIMOA

"VIMOA" is a solution service that uses our proprietary sensing tools to measure and visualize minute vibrations during machining with high sensitivity, and visualize, monitor, and analyze the cutting process status in real time. It enables evidence-based process improvement, breaking away from conventional machining management that relies on experience and intuition.

■ Two service plans will be rolled out sequentially

1. Sensing tool plan

This is a rental service for a complete set of equipment, including a sensing tool, dedicated wireless LAN, replacement batteries, etc. This plan can be rented for as little as two weeks to meet needs such as "I want to pinpoint the cause of a defect," "I want to make evidence-based process improvements," and "I want to smoothly set conditions for starting new mass production."

2. AI Monitoring Plan* (Service scheduled to start in spring 2026)

This package combines sensing tools and processing monitoring AI to monitor the entire mass production line, enabling monitoring of operating status and centralized management of defects.

*The information provided is current as of August 2025 and is subject to change without notice.
