Released CBN "KBN015" for machining hardened material
We have released the new coated CBN "KBN015" for machining hard material.
It achieves long tool life and stable machining of a wide range of parts, including Shaft and gears for automation parts.

KBN015 is insert grade recommended for machining hard material, incorporating a proprietary CBN and new coating. It is suitable for high-speed machining and continuous to Interrupted cutting, achieving long tool life and stable machining.
Our proprietary coating, "MEGACOAT TOUGH," has excellent adhesion to CBN, preventing film peeling. It also improves wear resistance by 30% compared to conventional coatings.
Available in three insert grade, KBN010/KBN015/KBN020, it can handle a wide range hard material machining.
