CA410K/CA415K combines wear resistance and Fracture resistance with a newly developed tough coating and carbide substrate.
Achieves long tool life and stable machining in a wide range machining area.

The coating properties have been optimized on Rake face and Flank face of the insert, achieving high levels of both wear resistance and Fracture resistance.

Pursuing the performance required for cast iron machining. Thick and highly adhesive coating improves wear resistance and peeling resistance.
carbide substrate has excellent toughness, is resistant to crack propagation, and prevents the coating from peeling.
