PR2015: Primary recommendation for steel/cast iron machining. High versatility with an excellent balance of hardness and toughness.
PR2025: Primary recommendation for Stability oriented in steel machining and stainless steel. Excellent Fracture resistance

New coating "MEGACOAT NANO EX" achieves long tool life and stable machining

Utilizes proprietary technology to nano-laminate a high-content aluminum (Al) layer, achieving superior wear resistance. Its stable high-temperature hardness makes it resistant to plastic deformation and solves the challenges of grooving.

Compatible with high-pressure coolant, achieving excellent chip control and extended tool tool life

KGBA-JCT toolholder is compatible with high-pressure coolant and delivers coolant from the top face of the insert to the cutting edge, achieving excellent chip control and tool life.
