Introducing the new coating "MEGACOCAT NANO EX" for grooving. Utilizes proprietary technology to nano-laminate a high-content aluminum (Al) layer, achieving superior wear resistance. Its stable high-temperature hardness makes it resistant to plastic deformation and solves the challenges of grooving.

Excellent chip control performance

The screw clamp system ensures a large chip pocket for excellent chip evacuation. The insert also comes with a lineup of molded chipbreakers, ensuring stable chip control.
